AnimateTV films nominated for the British Animation Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Tad’s Nest by Petra Freeman and The Black Dog’s Progress by Stephen Irwin have both been nominated for Best Sound Design and Best Short Film for the British Animation Awards 2010.
The films were commissioned through the Arts Council England/Channel 4 AnimateTV project, and can be seen at animateprojects.org, along with interviews with the animators and background material about their production.
The winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony that takes place on 8 April at BFI Southbank.
